Can you say you are tired of all of the old diet plans that never seem to work like I can? Of course you can! Just about every women at some point in there life deals with weight issues and we all have heard of the many diet plans that tells you to not eat certain foods; most of us has tried all of them! Then there are the diet plans that tells you to exercise and eat about 1/3 of what you normally do which leads to starving yourself! This only leads to you eating more when you finish dieting and it’s like a never ending yo-yo. The only thing this does for all of us is affect our work and our family life. I’ve tried them all and the only diet plan I came across that did any real justice was the slow and conscious eating diet. Now I’d like to share what I learned with you.





The glands in our body may cause obesity either by being overactive or being under active. It is possible that some of your glands might have contributed to your overweight body. Let us examine the possible causes here. The glands in the body are pituitary gland located at the base of the brain,the adrenal gland located above the kidneys,the thyroid gland located near wind pipe,the pancreas gland located behind the stomach,the sex glands located in the reproductive region.
